How to Pack Meds for International Travel

I have lots of medications that I have to take due to my heart condition. Therefore, it’s very important for me to manage my medication packing very carefully when I’m planning for an overseas trip. For my upcoming trip to Antarctica and South America, I may be gone for 3+ weeks, but if I pack all my meds like you see in the photo above, I have no room for anything else in my carry on!

I need a solution. I also carry a letter from my cardiologist stating that I need to take these medications daily (since I travel without the containers).

I recently found this:

It’s small and compact, but as you can see in the photo below, it only holds meds for 8 days (if you have morning and night meds like I do). So is it feasible for me to purchase several of these to carry my 3+ week supply of medication in?

I purchased this on Amazon, so it will be easy to get more if this is the best route for me to take my meds with me overseas. If you would like to purchase this case, please click here for my Amazon Affiliate link.

If you have another way of packing your meds, let me know. I’m open to suggestions!
